ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW CLOSED!

Submission is open for case based discussion session. Please submit abstract for your educational/ difficult case for 10 minute oral presentation.

Researchers and investigators in the field of Clinical Immunology are invited to submit the findings of their research to the GA²CI Masterclass on Inborn Errors of Immunity, taking place on 20th September 2025 at the InterContinental, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This Masterclass aims to provide a platform for local, regional, and international clinicians and researchers to present challenging and educational clinical cases through oral presentations. Selected cases will be featured during the final Case-Based Discussion Session, where six cases will be presented and discussed with a panel of expert faculty.

 

Closing Date for Abstracts: 10th September 2025

Reviewer's Decision: 15th September 2025

 

All submissions will undergo peer review. Accepted abstracts will be selected for oral presentation, and applicants will be notified via email.

 

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts must be written in English and follow the attached template.

Do not include authors’ names, affiliations, or trade names in the abstract.

Abstracts must be a maximum of 300 words, using font size 11 or larger, with all abbreviations clearly defined.

Structure must include: Introduction/Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference booklet. Please ensure scientific and linguistic accuracy, as submissions will be reproduced exactly as submitted.

Submission implies the commitment of one author to present the case if selected.

Authors of accepted cases will receive free registration to attend the Masterclass (all other expenses remain the responsibility of the presenter).\
